REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Pretty simple:
1. The forms are set up to be fillable digitally. If you can't get it to work, print it off, print in the answers (as legibly as possible) and take a picture or scan it to submit
2. Someone needs to fill out the team registration
3. All racers need to fill out the individual form (it covers personal info, medical, and media release)
4. Email completed forms to race@valleytraverse.com
5. Sending Payment:
When you send your forms, we'll send you the password for the e-transfer

- Fill out the Form with your team information, SAVE and download THE FILE
Email completed form to:

EACH RACER
Click "Download Individual Registration Form" BELOW:
- Fill out the form for yourself
- Print the form or add digital signatures in some way of your choosing
